My stay was extra special for an amazing vacation. The staff were well-mannered and respectful, everything was very good. They offered brand-new and good-sized rooms with sodas and drinks, for instance. I loved bread, pastries, and meats.

The breakfast included fresh bread, pastries, and meats. The location was perfect and magnificent - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Perfect breakfast, absolutely superb views, unbeatable location adjacent to the top 5 restaurants which were all great, Coco Bongo, and the construction. Large bed in the a double room, plus it's own balcony and a coffee table. Excellent service during our very special stay. Late check-out.

The pool area is lovely too. Nice room with enjoy the view, drinks. Above average and perfect breakfast with a lot of food options. Amazing and stunning location at a medium distance from Ballenas Beach.

Had special stay for a quick vacation and the weather was wonderful. The breakfast was above average with all the other foods available and had good choice of food. The location turned out to be perfect and magnificent, just off the beach, certain restaurants, and all bars and restaurants.

Oasis Arena was close to the hotel, thoroughly enjoyed its location to get a drink while on the beach. Last time we stopped we had a modern, neat room with the hot tub.

It was fairly clean with friendly attentive staff from the housekeepers and culinary team. The breakfast offered was above average for quick meals. The location was stunning and unbeatable, by nature.

The room was lovely, and we had a breathtaking view of garden. The bed was lovely, used a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. It was an unbeatable and wonderful location for us, close to the best restaurants, bars, coffee shops, the better restaurants and bars, and the ghetto. Tbh, had a very nice stay on vacation.

The rooms are well cleaned and updated, the bar is amazing. The view of the beach is stunningly beautiful.

The hotel had clean facilities, including pools and grounds. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was away from the party area but still accessible to top-rated restaurants and the Extreme Adventure Eco park. The breakfast provided was enjoyable.
